Getting Started
How do I get started?
Sign up and start the Standard plan. Then take the Business DNA assessment. We show you Your Path, a direction that fits you. Choose Start My Plan. Next, choose up to 2 specialized coaches and meet Master Sanker AI. Then you reach your dashboard.
What is Master Sanker AI?
Master Sanker AI is an AI coach built around Master Sanker's guidance. It is your main guide. It is included in your plan.
Is Master Sanker AI the real Master Sanker?
No. It is not a live chat with Master Sanker himself. It is an AI. It does not speak for him or take his place.
What do I see on my dashboard?
Today's next action, your mastery goal and your progress, and your coaches. You can also open Journal and Analytics from the menu.
Coaches & Features
Which coaches can I choose from?
Business, Confidence, Empowerment, Career, Discipline, and Communication. Master Sanker AI is always included on top of these.
Why can I only choose 2 coaches?
You can choose up to 2 specialized coaches on the Standard plan. Upgrade to Premium for up to 5.
How does the AI know my situation?
It uses your mastery goal, your progress and your journal to understand your situation.
What is the mastery goal?
It is the plan built from your Business DNA assessment after you choose Start My Plan on Your Path. It shows on your dashboard with your progress. You can also follow it in My Mastery.
Billing
What does the Standard plan cost?
Standard costs $20 per month. The list price is in US dollars. In India the price is fixed in Indian rupees (₹990 per month). The amount and currency shown at checkout are what you pay. A price shown in another currency only for display is for reference. You can also pay once a year for $199.20. That is $16.60 per month, which is 17% less.
Does the price ever change?
Not during a period you have already paid for. If we ever change prices, we will tell you first. A new price applies only from your next renewal after that, and you can cancel before then.
How do I cancel?
If you pay by card (through Stripe or Dodo Payments), open Settings, then Subscription, then choose Manage or cancel subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. If you paid with crypto, nothing renews by itself, and your access ends when the period you paid for ends. If you cannot cancel there, send us a message on the Contact page. Settings, under Subscription, shows your plan and when it renews.
Is the AI voice a real recording?
No. The voice of Master Sanker AI is made by AI, using an approved voice for Master Sanker. It is not a recording of him speaking to you. Only Master Sanker AI has a voice. Your specialist coaches use text only.
Is Premium available?
Yes. Premium is $150 per month. It includes up to 5 specialized coaches and more daily messages than Standard. Yearly is $1,494. That is $124.50 per month, which is 17% less.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases and renewals are non-refundable, except where a refund or other remedy is required by the law of your country. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. For billing questions, contact us through the Contact page.
Privacy & Data
Can I export my data?
Yes. In Settings, open the Privacy tab and choose Export my data. You get a file with your profile, goals, journal entries, coach conversations, assessments and activity. Some things are not in the file, such as CV details, Community and Messages content and payment records. Contact us to get those.
Can I delete my data or my account?
Yes. In Settings, open the Privacy tab. You can delete your goal data, or delete your account and all its data. You cannot undo account deletion. We keep payment records for accounting, as the Privacy Policy explains.
